I spoke with technical experts at Zillow. They acknowledge that a bug has caused a huge drop in their estimated value....the bug will not be fixed until at least week's end. Their former value in the upper $200ks already didn't factor in the value of the "view.' They also acknowledge that their Zestimate is not accurate in rural areas, and especially with large acreage properties. Spectacular view property.
