Just added a patio cover which cost me 5,800.00. It's beautiful and withstands all the wind up here in Cold Springs with no noise or issues. I love it and I consider it a great addition to my back yard. Added additional concrete to driveway to make it into a 4 car driveway. Added 30x12 feet of concrete on right side of house to complete U shaped patio. Spent 23k total. Installed a 8 foot sliding glass door added to Master Bedroom with porch and porch light.
