This also comes with a recliner and TV. This also has a motorized chair lift to get you from the bottom floor to the second and back down, perfect for older adults. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is also a one car garage, with an extra fridge for any needs you may have. All utilities are included in the rent, cable TV, internet, Water, Sewer, Electric and Gas.
