Renter responsible for electric, internet/cable and watering small outside garden. Rent and security deposit due at signing - no need for checks - send using Zelle or other money transfer app (most other places charging a third more -F+L+SecDep) . No smoking allowed in entire complex per CC&R's. Up to two small pets permitted. Service dog friendly at any size, must provide documentation copies to/for management company. No sublet allowed. Copy of CC&R/complex rules in unit. Any problems? super fast response. Bamboo screen permitted on inside of patio fence for even more privacy. Propane BBQ grill provided (great for game day) bistro lights also included for ambiance or romance. I'm available most days in the early afternoon for tour.
