I currently have a 2 bedroom one bath lake home available at this time. This unit is 500 a wk. That includes all utilities, garbage, propane gas, sewer, mailbox, garbage, lawn care, any maintenance that is needed, 8 by 12 storage building, washer and dryer, enclosed boat house, large pier , boat ramp, kayaks , fire pit, lots of fishing poles and the unit is totally furnished. Our contracts are for 3 months. After your contract is up you continue to stay as long as you would lke. All utilities are in included, plus garbage , propane gas, lawn care and any maintenance that is needed.
