    Unfurnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in quiet residential Uptown neighborhood convenient to everything. Three blocks to St. Charles Avenue and six blocks to Freret. Hardwood floors, eleven foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central air and heat, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, balcony overlooking charming New Orleans street. Parking available on street. Approximately 1000 square feet. The apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian house. You enter into the living room which is open to the dining area and the kitchen. In the front of the house is one bedroom which opens onto the balcony. In the back is the second bedroom. There is complete privacy because unlike so many New Orleans houses you do not have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom or to the bathroom. The bathroom is located off the living room. There are lots of windows and natural light. The location is excellent: three blocks off St. Charles with the street car for a ride downtown to the French Quarter or uptown to Audubon Park, Tulane University and Loyola University. The apartment is three to six blocks to the Mardi Gras parades on Napoleon and St. Charles and ten short blocks to Magazine Street or six to Freret. It is one block to French Truck Coffee, Le's Bagette Vietnamese restaurant, two blocks to Charlie's Steak House and Pascal Manale's. Tenant pays electric, gas and 1/2 of the water. The tenant shares 1/2 of the water bill with the tenant in 1829a. !/2 of that water bill is invoiced monthly with the rent invoice along with a copy of the water bill. The lease term will be for one year, and thereafter renewable upon mutual agreement. No smoking in the apartment, but can smoke on the balcony. On street parking is available.
