Our house is 5 blocks from UMD. My wife and I have only this one property, so we try to keep it nice. The house has three stories with four bedrooms in the second story and two large rooms in the third. The first floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath with the full bath on the second floor. There is also a two story three season porch off the back of the house and a covered porch in the front of the house. There is offstreet parking for 2 cars in the back of the house. Renters pay for utilities. Renters are responsible for shoveling, landlord will take care of lawn care.
