Our condo has been a place to gather with friends, laugh with neighbors, and appreciate all of what Adams Morgan has to offer, we are sad to move, but hopeful for the perfect tenant! 1829 Has a beautiful entry off of California Street that leads you downstairs, or if you prefer there is an alleyway entry that leads directly to the front door. The main hallway has a coat closet, laundry closet, and an additional closet with hanging. Both bedrooms will accommodate either a queen or king size bed, they also have Closetmaid customizable tracks. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom has a bathroom that is accessible through the bedroom, or the entry off of the living room. The living room is spacious and is setup with a television mount and hidden outlet to allow for a clean look. The kitchen is great for entertaining, directly setup next to the living room. The kitchen island, as well as the built-in wall shelving is great for extra storage of kitchen essentials. The private patio is directly off of the second bedroom, it gets great tanning sunlight in the summer, as well as perfect cozy vibes in the winter. The patio is equipped with LED string lights, new wood pavers, and the sectional furniture can be reconfigured to your liking. The condo has the Nest smoke detector and thermostat system, allowing you to control temperature and silence alarms from your phone. The kitchen, living room, and hallway have Lutron LED lights that are dimmable and also can be linked to an app for easy, stay-on-the-couch control.
