Thank you for your interest. We currently have homes available for rental. Our units are 3 bedroom, 2 bath units, with all kitchen appliances furnished. There are washer/dryer hookups available (requires a stackable style combination). We do have some available for rent at $30.00/month. We pay for trash service, the tenant is responsible for utilities, and these homes are total electric units. The homes are 1375 sq feet with 1 bedroom and bath, living area, and kitchen downstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a storage area upstairs.Monthly rent is $875.00 to $925.00 depending upon the particular unit reserved. The security deposit a minimum $500.00. We do allow pets with a weight limit of 25lbs (maximum of 2, with no dangerous breed dogs such as pit bulls, dobermans, rottweillers accepted). There is a one time charge of up to $500 per pet and a monthly fee of $10.00We do have an limited number of 4 bedroom units but they are currently leased and we will not know until approximately 30 days prior to the lease expiration if the tenants plan on staying or not. The four bedrooms are 975.00 or 1025 depending on style and are 1400 to 1450 sq ft in size.We do run credit and background checks on all applicants and a $35.00 application fee is charged. Once accepted, units can be reserved for move-in at a later date by depositing of the $300.00 reservation fee which then goes towards your security deposit but is not refundable if you choose to back out of the apartment. The background checks take 1 - 2 days to be completed. Move in prior to the completion is not allowed.We are open from 8-5 Monday Friday.
