Furnished house in gated community convenient to the beach and Mayo Clinic. If you are looking for temporary living and prefer to stay in a house verses an apartment/condo this is a great option. This 3bedroom/2 bath house sleeps 3-4 comfortably. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk in shower, with safety handrails, & Walk- in closet. Guest room has queen size bed. Third bedroom functions as an office but does have an airo(single) bed for temporary sleeping needs. (this is only recommend for smaller children's temporary sleepover solution) Kitchen has a breakfast nook with window to back yard. There is a small bonus room off the living room that serves as a tv room with two Lazyboy chairs for your comfort when watching tv, reading or just taking a snooze. The best feature of the house is the view out the back. The back deck is canopied by big oak trees that looks out to a dense natural foliage. It is a very serene view from almost everywhere you sit inside. Community pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, and Nature Trail are amenities to enjoy. HOA rules and restrictions will apply. As your landlord you are dealing with me directly and not some property management office located somewhere else if something needs to be fix or replaced. Pet free,smoke free environment , Tenents must abide by HOA rules and restrictions. Example: No boats or RV's parked in driveway overnight.
