    Built in early 1900's by Lewis Buckner, and is historically known as the Smelcer-Patterson house. All the windows and sliding glass doors are wood Pella custom windows. The mantels are original carved oak by Lewis Buckner. The barge board outside is an exact replica of the original but had to be replaced due to age.
