Built at the end of WWII this house efficiently uses every square foot of space, and has modern updates including double pane windows (most were replaced with new Marvin double glazed, double hung tilt-packs in 2006), new cedar clapboard siding, full insulation (walls and attic), and a completely remodelled kitchen (2009) that includes a professional Blue Star Range and Kobe vent hood. The roof was replaced in 2006. All new period lighting from Rejuvination is in the dining room, hallway and kitchen. Both the front and back yard have been landscaped with low maintenance plants and a lighted pergola covers a gravel patio area out back. We added French doors to the larger main floor bedroom so it can serve as either a bedroom or a dining room, which is how we use it.
