You can also talk to visitors at your door, even if you're not at home. Rent is $1,250 plus $150 in utilities (single occupant). Utilities include water, natural gas, electricity, garbage, and internet. Dual occupancy increases utilities by $75/month. Move in is $1,250 + $150 + $1,250 security deposit for a total of $2,650. The owner is a non drinker and non smoker. You are a non smoker. Prefers to not have tons of large or loud or late night gatherings at the house. But on occasion, friends do come hang out in the backyard, and those friends might bring beer or wine for themselves. Alcohol is not prohibited. I'd just prefer to have low key tenants/housemates that aren't into partying and being loud.
