Wow, this house has a lot to offer. Recently hand sanded tobacco Acacia floors were laid on the first floor. They are earthy and beautiful. There are tall ceilings in the living room and dining room. Laundry is off the kitchen and so is a powder room Granite countertops, generous wooden cabinetry, and newer black appliances make this kitchen a hit. There is a set of stairs from the kitchen to save time going upstairs. On the second floor there are three big bedrooms all with large closets and two full baths, one of which is a master. The master has a shower only. The third floor was a big loft space that was petitioned for separate bedrooms.
