The available room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, a couch, and an armchair. We have a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition, as we both make sure to keep it clean and in order. If anything goes wrong, our landlord is quick to fix it. We just got a brand-new dishwasher, and there's a washing machine and dryer in the building. The location is only a 5-minute walk to Bellarmine campus, and Kroger isn't far either.
