Located in Topsail Dunes, one of North Topsail Beach's premier condo complexes, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. The living area features wall-to-wall unobstructed ocean views. Sit on the sofa as you gaze at the ocean. Enjoy coffee & meals on your private balcony. You just might see some dolphins swim by! A pool (salt water), oceanfront gazebo, and community recreational area with a covered picnic table shelter, grills, basketball court, and various outdoor games (horseshoes, corn hole, Bocchi ball, bowling) are included. The Inlet is across the road and has beautiful sunsets. Topsail Dunes is a top vacation destination that can be your home for six months. Living doesn't get any better than this! The condo has been updated with quality materials; granite countertops, custom cabinets, smooth ceilings, wood cabinets that extend to the ceiling for extra storage space, coffee bar, tiled kitchen floor, and backsplash; Soaking tub/shower with tiled walls, stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator); ice-maker, drop leaf kitchen table; queen size bed with an excellent mattress; queen size Sofa hide-a-bed; Large TV, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and ample parking. Although there is only 1 bedroom there are two built-in bunk beds as well as a queen sofa sleeper. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and fast food places are just across the Inter-coastal waterway. This is a 6 month rental though I may consider some month-to-month rentals starting in Oct. It's well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor for the unbelievable view. You will love it here. Just look at my reviews on Airbnb! This place feels like home. I designed & remodeled the condo for me with no plans to ever rent it. Since I'm not able to be here during the winter months, I've decided to share it with someone who likes a relaxing atmosphere with nice furnishings. It's hard to be stressed when you see the ocean every time you look outside! A monthly utility fee of $150 will be added to the monthly rental rate of $1400, for a total of $1550. The utilities covered are electric, water/sewer, Wi-Fi, cable, and trash. Rental insurance is recommended but not required. To be considered as a tenant, please provide the last 3 months' paycheck stubs, driver's license and references.
