Our guests love the extended stay option and use the property as a home base when escaping cold winters, when in town for work or when buying or selling real estate. The building was originally designed as an apartment complex so each unit is fully self contained with a kitchen, dining room, living room, king bedroom and private bath. Each suite opens to the communal pool, BBQ , fire pit and laundry area open to all of our friendly guests 24/7. We love your furry friends and are pet friendly with a small $50 extra pet cleaning cost. We offer a variety of amenities to help you enjoy your stay. All towels and linens are provided as well as Malin & Goetz shampoo, conditioner and body wash, fresh coffee beans and tea. A mailbox key may be provided for extended stays. Units 1-4 are one bedroom suites and boast an airy 600-square feet including kitchen, dining room, living room, large bedroom and bathroom featuring colorful & original 1950's tile. Each suite has a king size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra flexibility. There is a 40" Samsung Smart TV in each living room with free HULU account and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and hundreds of tv channels as well as wireless bluetooth speaker for music as well as heating, air conditioning and the fastest high speed internet available on the market - 1GB. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional community. Come and enjoy! Please note a minimum 29 day stay is required. All utilities +1 GB internet + HULU + LIVE TV are included. Rates are as follows: June through November - $100/night = $3000/month December through May - $125/night = $3750/month Guests who book for a period of six or more months will receive a 10% discount. A $1000 refundable damage deposit is due upon booking. There is a one time cleaning fee of $200 and a pet cleaning fee of $150. Weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping is available for an extra charge. All units come fully furnished.
