It is modest and rustic but very clean and in good repair. The kitchen is updated and open to the living area. It has central H&A, inside laundry room and attached garage. Water and garbage are included in rent. I'm in the process of putting in new flooring, plantation blinds and painting the interior. The yard is shady but it is NOT fenced and will also be shaped up.
