It is located 1.2 miles from HSU and takes about eight minutes to get there by bike. Bus stop and shopping is within walking distance. The house is on a quiet dead end road with little traffic, very low crime and great neighbors. The ideal person will be a non-smoker who is quiet, clean, and respectful. This is not a party house. No pets please.We are three friendly professionals (two teachers and a grad student) who are excited to add to our fun household dynamic.
