The kitchen has granite countertops, two-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, combo convection/microwave, 3/4 sized fridge, and lots of cabinets, including cookware, utensils, plates / bowls/ glasses, mugs, cocktail mixer, etc. Also: Toaster, Tassimo Coffee maker, blender. For A/V: High-end in-ceiling speakers can be used for the 50" flat screen SmartTV (ROKU) & stereo (WiFi included).
