Looking for a cozy summer sublet in a sweet green house on a flower-filled street? I'm renting out my furnished bedroom from June through the end of July (our new tenants move in August 1st). You'd be living with one other roommate a super kind and easygoing 24-year-old woman. The room comes with a bed, vanity, and closet, and I'm happy to sell additional furniture if you're interested! The house is in an amazing location: just a short walk to the university and Pearl Street, with quiet, tree-lined vibes and tons of flowers along the way. They range from month to month but because it's summer, I anticipate low electricity bills. If total utility bill is over $100, I will pay the remaining portion. So no utility bill will be above $100. That includes WiFi and lawn maintenance. Lawn maintenance is once every two weeks. This lease duration is two months only and can be flexible, but new tenants come August 1st.
