The home available for rent is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath in Ashland. It's situated on a very nice property with two other town homes and has a long private driveway with an automatic gate. The unit is very nicely kept and comfortable. The downstairs has your living room, kitchen, laundry room, half bath, a large closet and storage area and access to the garage. Upstairs has the two bedrooms and full bathroom. This unit was redone roughly two and a half years ago. The pictures show a laminate downstairs and carpet upstairs. Solid surface vinyl plank is installed of a lighter color to help make everything brighter and feel more open. The appliances are also 2.5 years old and they consist of a high effeciency washer, electric dryer, fridge with ice maker, range, and range hood in stainless. The counters are not your typical rental laminate and were replaced with solid surface as well. When doing the counters the sink was also replaced with a large single basin French Fire Clay sink. This is very easy to clean and resists scratches and stains. Essentially, anything done to the property is done to the standard that we (my family, not a large rental company) would want to have in our home. A mini split system was added for year round comfort with three air handlers. A large one in the living room for downstairs and two more upstairs in the bedrooms. Each air handler can be set for a different temperature so the rooms can be set to the person using it's comfort. There is solar for the entire property and it is split amongst the three houses. Each house also has it's own solar water heater system to assist in electric bills. The front yard is common for the property and has a number of fruit trees that are available for tenants only.
