Colorado P.E.O. Chapter House is a small independent living facility offering a newly renovated one-bedroom unit with new carpeting, upgraded bathroom, private patio, and immediate availability. Unit has lots of natural lighting through large windows and sliding glass patio doors. Spacious bedroom, dressing area, closet and bathroom set off from main living area with double French doors. Apartment has a small kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator and sink with garbage disposal. Chapter House is located in a beautiful park-like setting with a walking path and fountain-aerated pond for viewing enjoyment. Chapter House is owned and operated by the Colorado P.E.O. Charitable Corporation. Non-P.E.O. applicants must be sponsored by a current P.E.O. sister. Please call the contact number listed below for more details. COVID-19 restrictions are currently in place, including mask requirement, social distancing and quarantine requirements under specific conditions. Showing the property is done by appointment only, and entering and exiting for showings will be through the apartment patio doors (no visitors in common areas) and rental will require in-room quarantine for initial 14 days of residence, with meals delivered to apartment door. All utilities; meals; light housekeeping; basic cable and wi-fi are currently included in residential rent. Shared on-site laundry facilities, covered parking and medical alarm service included. Building and grounds are smoke free. Small outdoor storage closet available for monthly fee. One small cat allowed with additional fee. Personal phones are not included in rent. DEPOSITS AND FEES The following payments are due prior to move in: 1. First month's rent; 2. Rental fee, equal to one month's rent; 3. $500 security deposit refundable if unit is damage-free upon departure; 4. $50 Life Alert deposit refundable upon return of operating undamaged Life Alert unit; 5. $500 Cleaning fee, non-refundable; 6. Pet fee (if applicable), non-refundable, equal to one month's rent; and 7. Storage monthly fee (if applicable), non-refundable, $15 per month.
