I am going to be on and off in Davis from September to January and would like to find someone to share the apartment with for those months. You would have the apartment for yourself most of the time, but I would like to still be able to spend some days per month there. We would each have a bedroom and a bathroom and you would be able to select the room you prefer. Ideally, if you are a cat lover, I would also leave my cat in the apartment so she doesn't have to travel too much. Gatita is a very sweet and chill cat who just loves pets, hanging out on the couch, and going on short adventures outside a couple times per day. Rent would be $1,400 with all services included. Renter can use the parking spot that corresponds to the apartment as well as the shared swimming pool and jacuzzi, always following the rules of the HOA. No pets allowed. Ideally, since we would be sharing the apartment, I would like to have the option of having my cat in the apartment and she cannot interact with other pets. No smoking either inside the apartment or in the apartment complex.
