We require you to make 3x the base rent price to be considered, and to be able to pass a credit check. No minimum credit required, but credit must be in good standing. The deposit is 1 month's rent, and we require a $100 holding deposit with the application to run a credit check and verify income. That $100 is then applied to your total deposit if you are approved to move in. Cats allowed, with a maximum of 1 per residence. Requires a $150 non-refundable pet fee, and then an additional $20/month pet privilege fee as well. Fees do not apply to service animals.
