The other bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space, and a kitchenette set up including a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom has plenty of counter space and a bathtub/shower. I take very good care of my home and would expect a tenant to do the same. Utilities included, including internet. No pets, and plenty of privacy, there is locked separation and no access to the other side of the house where my two kids (6 and 11 yrs old) and I live. Available October 5th!
