As part of the application process you would be required to complete an application, provide a copy of a photo id and written proof of income. A credit and background check will be performed. If necessary a co- signer may be required. Your gross income must be at least three times the rental amount monthly and this cannot be combined income. We do require a security deposit equal to one months rent. The landlord provides water, sewer and trash removal. Dogs are not permitted-nor do we allow caged animals. A cat (max 2) is accepted with a deposit equal to one months rent and an additional $15.00 per month added to the monthly rent.
