Additional on street parking is easy. - Full garage. - Quiet neighborhood close to transit and great neighborhood amenities. Please note: bathroom has only a shower, not a bathtub. Rent includes high speed internet. Unfortunately due to allergies we are unable to have cats live here :( Easy freeway access and convenient to transit: 15 minute walk to North Berkeley BART; 5 minute walk to the Transbay bus stop; 10 minute walk to Amtrak; accessible to many AC transit bus lines; 15 minute bike ride to UC Berkeley.
