Step through the gate into our private fully fenced and newly landscaped yard to include patio, garden, low voltage lighting, outdoor gas grill and gas fire-pit. You will not want to leave! Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired for your safety. Our cottage is easily accessible and only a few blocks south of Highway 24. Conveniently located close to downtown Colorado Springs, 4 blocks east of Old Colorado City and 4 miles from Manitou Springs. Less than 1 mile away you will find groceries, a pharmacy, gas and shopping. Other close by attractions with in 10 minutes include The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo & Will Rogers Shrine, Bear Creek Dog Park, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Colorado College, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Golfing, Biking and Hiking Trails.
