The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds, perfect for children or adults, with access to the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig), blender, toaster, pots, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter space, so you will have plenty of room to prepare your favorite meals. Other amenities of this property include AC in every room, a washer and dryer inside the apartment, high-speed internet, a work desk with HDMI access to TV (can be used as a monitor), ethernet for your fast internet, USB-C docking station for your peripherals, beach, and snorkeling gear. Parking: This rental comes with a one standard-size parking stall. A second parking stall is available for additional fee. Both parking stalls are covered and assigned. This is a long-term rental with a minimum of 6 months. Rent is inclusive of all local taxes. For long term rental, tenant will be responsible for internet/cable and electric.
