Our 2 bed/2 bath house is conveniently located between the historic downtown and the beaches in a quiet neighborhood. This quaint small house built in 1935 is complete with all the necessary amenities: updated kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor shower, and she/he shed! The house will be unfurnished. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, our neighborhood is filled with old cute houses full of charms. Although it's quiet and safe, we are still close to the historic downtown, 10 min bike ride or a quick drive to the busiest part of the downtown. The owner pays for water. Pets are considered - based on their size, age, and breed. No smoking. Pets will be considered case by case with additional pet deposit and monthly fee. 6 months lease with potential extension.
