Can't beat the $565/person rent. Bills run an average of $100/month/roommate (incl. Comcast, water, electricity and seasonal lawn care). Lease is August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2015. If application is approved may officially sublease and move in July. Utilities not included. Split among roommates, usually around $100/each/month (cable/wi-fi, water, electric, seasonal lawn care)
