This house is move-in ready. I've stayed there several nights during the remodel, and it is a very pleasant place and a nice neighborhood. There is a school bus stop out front. Tight knit neighborhood. Children are welcome. This is a two bedroom house but both bedrooms are large and there is a doorway to a back area, so this could provide some options for school age children. $800 plus utilities. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant must maintain lawn and trim hedges. Tenant must treat neighbors respectfully. Pesticide-free house: we respect your health. Please consult us about any pest problems and do not apply pesticides. FIOS Internet service available, works great.
