Super nice place. Recently redone, inside and out, 2020 roof, younger A/C, good sized bedrooms, bathrooms that are older but look nice and appropriate because of it, brand new privacy fence around good sized backyard, and an awesome 20 X 17 family room with a fireplace and built in cabinets. The coup de gras...original hardwood floors refinished and looking great. My niece lives just down the street and says she loves the neighborhood.
