This house has a basement apartment (with separate entrance) which is currently rented out to a friend of ours...so that space is NOT included in the rental. The neighborhood is great...right across the street from Tamale Boy restaurant and Hi-Wheel Wine/Mead bar. It's a short 5 block walk to all the businesses of the Dekum Triangle. Woodlawn City Park is 4 blocks away. Bus lines are right there on Dekum street. 1st/Last Month's rent and 500$ deposit required before move in. Tenant pays 1/2 of Water/Trash/Electric/Fuel Oil/Cable-Internet Tenant must mow lawn. Additional Deposits required for pets.
