The Juniper is a highly customizable plan beginning with the choice between a bedroom and a flex room on the first floor. On the second floor, you'll be welcomed by a large kitchen and expansive island, flanked on either side by the living and dining spaces. Options here are a fireplace and built-ins - or perhaps a deck. On the third floor there are two layout options.
