    Comfortable, cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a lot of updates. Perfect starter home or for someone looking to downsize. I grew up in this area, and wanted something in the area. Over the years I have added on and remodeled the entire house. The original bath, the "hall" bath was completely guttered down to the studs. The old galvanized steel water pipes were replaced with copper, new wireing, lights exhaust fan installed along with a jetted tub, new vanity with plenty of storage and marble top. Floor is title along with the tub surround. The other bathroom is off of the master bedroom, which was the original living room. It has a large walk-in shower, which is completely tiled, along with a tile floor and tile vanity top. There is a good size walk-in closet, which had been the original front porch. The 2 original bedrooms have been left as they were with the exception of extra shelves in the closets, and ceiling fans. All the bedrooms have the original 3/4 in tung and groove oak flooring, which are in good condition. The kitchen was also gutted. Original kitchen had no dishwasher, only a few cabinets and little storage. There was one small ceiling light fixture, which was not very bright. I replaced the galvanized steel pipes with copper pipes, tripled the number of cabinets, added extra electrical outlets, under counter dishwasher, garbage disposal, water filter, added a pantry, the countertop is tile, also replaced the overhead light fixture with a florescent led light fixture, which provides plenty of light. There was no laundry room, and washer and dryer were in the kitchen. I built a bump out off the kitchen to accommodate the washer and dryer, and they are concealed behind bifold doors. The great room consist of a dining area, and living room. There is a step down to the living room. There's is a custom built brick hearth where the Jotul cast iron combi wood stove sits. It converts from a free standing fireplace to a high efficient wood heater, and will heat the entire house with no problem. If you like the idea of not using fossell fuel to heat your house, you will love this feature. I have also wired this room with a 7.1 surround sound speaker system. There is another step down into the sunroom. All of the windows and sliding glass door have gray tinted glass, which help keep the area cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Just outside the sunroom is a gorgeous outdoor living area. The patio floor is stained stamped concrete, and the roof is a post and beam cedar construction, with stained rafters and tongue and groove exposed roof decking. I will be leaving my Webber gas grill, which I converted to natural gas from propane (no more running out of gas). There's a curved retaining wall with built-in steps leasing to the upper part of the back yard. The roof on the house and shop were replaced 2 years ago the exterior was painted last year. Central heat and air, and water heater replaced about 3 years ago. Interior repainted several years ago.
