    Private room (including Utilities) in a 3BD townhome (North Beacon Hill) This is a private room with a shared bathroom in a 3BR/2.5 Bath Townhome located in North Beacon Hill. The room is 11 ftx8 ft, unfurnished and is on the second floor. The common areas (living room & kitchen) are on the first floor and are furnished. The townhome is 3 stories tall and is 1100 sf. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. Currently, there are two people in the house. I am a male, in my mid 30s and work in IT. My work schedule is 9-5 Monday to Friday. Most of the time, I am busy with my work and prefer to keep it quiet. I have been working from home since March and will continue to do so at least till June 2021. When I can, I do enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking, watching TV or with my dog (3-year-old, 30 lbs., medium size, super friendly Kelpie). I enjoy staying active and value physical/mental fitness. Second roommate is a 25 year old male, who works in healthcare field. He enjoys staying physically active too. He mostly has overnight schedule but that could change frequently. Prefer a long-term tenant (6,9 or 12 months). The monthly rent covers all utilities and internet. There is one-month security deposit that is refundable at the end of the lease. There is ample street parking so finding a spot for your vehicle will not be an issue no matter what time of the day it is. The townhome is very close to downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill and is near quick access to I-90 and I-5. The nearest public transport is about a 5 mins walk, and the closest light rail station is about a 8 mins walk. No pets, no drugs, and no smoking. Background check and credit check required. Please note that you will have to cover for the $40 non-refundable fee for the checks. If interested, please contact via email/text.
