I use an evaporative cooler in the summer, and have added AC window units for cooling after multiple days above 90 degrees. This is my primary living space that I am renting for the month of July only. I've chosen to rent for 31 days to reduce the amount of wear and tear from short-term rental turnover. Included in the base rent is a complimentary mid-month clean. The home hosts 2 other apartments in the building therefore, quiet hours are enforced between 10PM and 8AM by all tenants. On site, off street parking is included. Final cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. Note: I do not have central AC. I have a window AC unit in the bedroom and another in the living room. With proper attention by tenants (using window coverings to keep sun out, etc.) the home will stay cool. Rental agreement required via Docusign unless otherwise arranged.
