Plenty of natural light. Common wall has bath, utility closet and kitchen on it, so living here feels more like living in a house. Rent includes a 1 car garage that is attached to the property, but not the unit. There is a securable storage area (7'x4'x9' high) available in the garage. There is plenty of additional off-street parking. The home is located near Shook's Run, Bon Shopping Center, and Steele Elementary. We recommend you drive by and through the neighborhood, it's great! The owners are the property managers and this is their only property. We appreciate our relationships with our tenants and want them to have a good living experience in our property (so they stay!).
