Must be able to pass our credit and background checks and must show proof of income and have a great rental history. We will need a copy of paystubs (4), at least 3 past residences and a photo ID for us to process the applications. Approval based on first to qualify...not first to apply. There is to be NO smoking / vaping / drug use in the house and absolutely no drugs are allowed on property. ONLY 1 small dog, under 20 pounds or 2 cats allowed, nothing larger than 20 pounds and must show updated vaccinations on either. Renters Insurance strongly suggested.
