Rent starts at $1950 per month. All utilities are not included (including power, gas, water).
The lease term is from 6 months to 12 months. We do accept shorter term leases, but it does impact the monthly rent. We expect first month's rent and the security deposit to be paid upon the signing of the lease. Security deposit is the amount of one month's rent. Background checks ($55) are required as well as a completed application. First come, first served (completed application and background check must be submitted to hold apartment pending approval; if approved you will have 48 hours to sign lease and submit the first month's rent, monthly maintenance fee, and deposit in order to secure the unit).
Pets are allowed. There is a $200 deposit per cat /smaller dog and $450 for every dog over 45lbs. Aquariums are not allowed. These deposits are non-refundable. The total number of animals permitted in each unit cannot exceed 3 without special written permission from the landlord. The deposit will be waived for service animals. We do not permit livestock, exotics, or poisonous animals or any kind.
