Each Room is available for rent at $1,250, with the option to rent out a small office space for an individual looking for more room. About the House: Recently purchased and remodeled. The House is an 1800 Sq ft, 3/4 Acre Property, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, with a Pool, Jacuzzi, and Two-Car Garage. The garage has a washer and dryer, room for two cars, as well as space to accommodate shelved storage. Each Room has its own medium sized closet to accommodate clothing and small storage. The Living rooms is centered in the house, with a gas fireplace separating the Kitchen. The Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of room to cook,meal prep or eat at the island. There is also a large dining room area suitable for 4-8 people to eat dinner. The Backyard has plenty of space to sunbathe, or just hang out under the patio awning. Room Dimensions: Room 1: 9' X 13' Room 2: 12'X 12' Both rooms share a spacious bathroom with tub/shower, as well as new bathroom venting fan and fixtures. Utilities are split between roommates.
