Public transportation (bus stop right outside of the front door and 1 block away), gives you additional options for getting around. Up to two year(s) lease term available. First, and last (preferred/negotiable) month's rent, and all deposits due, during signing of lease/before tenant moves in. All utilities paid by landlord.
