awesome and simple. we tore out to studs and redid 90% of the house down to new electrical wiring and panel, recessed lights 50+ in the house, double fireplace in living room, kitchen island with full sink and disposal, raised ceilings, new AC and furnace, forever hot water tank for showers, 6'x6" master shower with multiple heads, updated decks, patio off master shower, great mountain views, secluded yet in middle of town and lots of wildlife, almost half acre. kept downstairs little retro with bar top, 9' pool table, two bedrooms 15x16 so you can put a king size bed and a couch in there with lots of room, walk-out basement with huge laundry and two sets of stairs to get around from one end of the house to the other.
