We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath sublease available within our 4 bedroom, 2 bath house for $1,200/mo which INCLUDES all utilities AND wifi. Although this is technically a shared space, it divides very naturally and the only truly shared part of the space is the kitchen. Tenant receives a private living and dining area, private entrance, 2 good sized bedrooms (south facing), 1 bath, 2 hallways closets for storage, and access to front and back yard (fenced). We will provide a couch and lounge chair, TV, and a twin bed. Walk to the metro, borders the park, great restaurants nearby, quiet/fun neighbors. We are a young married couple and looking for a clean person or couple perhaps searching for a transitionary housing as this is a fairly short-term lease. Please, no more than 2 people.
