There is off street parking for one vehicle. W/D hookups, option to add rental package. Pets: While Campbell Apartments is pet-friendly, there is a pet limit of 2 pets (each under 25lbs at full maturity) per apartment home. Non-refundable pet fee and pet rent will apply. All pets must be spayed/neutered. Some aggressive breed or exotics restrictions may apply, please call for details. Lease term is for one full year. Resident pays their own individually metered electric, the water/trash/sewer is a flat fee of $90/month. If applicable - nonrefundable pet fee of $250 (covers up to 2 pets) due at time of move-in, pet monthly fee of $30/month/pet.
