Screening Criteria: -Income: 3x monthly rent (before taxes) -Credit Score: 740+ (Very Good FICO or higher) -No bankruptcies (past 2 years unless discharged) -No evictions (past 5 years) -No non-medical collections/judgments/charge-offs $500 -No late rent payments in last 24 months -Verifiable positive rental history -Positive landlord references (last two) Application Info: -$49.50 fee per adult (American Apartment Ownership Association tenant screening) -Required: Government-issued ID, proof of income, and proof of current or past address -No reusable tenant screening reports accepted -Applicants can obtain a free copy of the AAOA report if it results in a denial or adverse action
