The bathroom has plenty of towels and additional beach towels. The building amenities are amazing, including a two-story gym, sauna, steam room, on-site massage, and mani/pedi services. The friendly staff will accommodate chairs and an umbrella on the beach for you every day. Guests 18 and over need to pay $75.00 for a background check and $100 for an access card to all amenities in the building per adult. There is a 30-day minimum stay as per building rules. Shopping is as easy as walking out your door. Merchandise of every kind can be found in shopping centers, individual boutiques, and malls, conveniently located throughout the city. The Diplomat Mall is a local popular shopping area. Also, Gulf Stream Park and Mardi Gras Casino offer entertainment. During winter 2025, the south pool will be closed and under remodeling. The north pool and adult pools will remain open as usual. Guests must sign a Lease Agreement with the landlord, and at least 10 days are needed to submit the application with the building. No smoking is allowed inside, and a $450.00 fine will be imposed for violations. Lost items are not the responsibility of the property, and guests have up to 10 days to claim any lost items. Package deliveries can only be made during your stay at the property. White linens and towels, along with cotton rounds or balls and cotton swabs for makeup removal, are provided. Any use of towels or linens for cleaning makeup or shoes will result in a charge for replacement: $5 per hand towel, $10 per bath towel, $25 per twin set, $40 per queen set, and $55 per king set.
