In the interior we have added crown molding throughout the downstairs, a fire place mantel surround, added wainscoting to the downstairs bathroom, added a chair rail and decorative molding to the dining room, changed all the brass hinges and door handles to antique pewter color, changed many of the outdated brass lights to a more modern light, removed the carpeting from the stairs and resurfaced the wood on the stairs, added hardwood flooring to upstairs hallways, painted every ceiling, trim work and walls in the whole house to a more neutral color. On the outside we made the yard a lot bigger and trimmed back all the over grown bushes, installed a new asphault driveway (made larger at the time), installed front and rear paver walkways, installed a large decorative paver wall in the front, added lots of shrubs and trees to the yard and improved the overall curb appeal greatly.
